Prior Authorization Required for ALL Returns

TO OBTAIN AN RMA FROM US:

Merchandise being returned must be shipped prepaid; NO C.O.D.s will be accepted.

The RMA # must be clearly marked on the box. Please pack the items in their original packaging if possible. If the original packaging is not available, please pack the items as carefully as possible to avoid damage during shipping.

You may return merchandise for a refund as long as the items are still in new and unused condition AND we receive them within 30 days of the original INVOICE DATE (the date we shipped your order to you). All requests for refunds must be made in writing (email or fax acceptable: 480-829-8822).

WHAT YOU CANNOT RETURN:

• Any item without an RMA #
• Special/Custom orders
• Power tools under warranty
• Discontinued items
• Hazmat items

POWER TOOLS:

Many power tools come with manufacturer warrantees. If your tool has one, it should not be returned to us. However, please do call us so we can help your locate your nearest approved repair center.

RESTOCKING CHARGE:

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
