7CFR Part 2902 Agricultural Bio Base Bill
There is an agricultural bill that has reached the Ways and Means Committee that will dramatically change our industry. You can now distribute a product that meets the USDA guidelines noted above and that is endorsed by C.T.I.O.A.
This means three important objectives must be met while producing tile and Bath cleaners. 1) Meet Zero VOC’s; 2) Cleaning formulas must be produced from all O.C.P chemicals / GRAS 3) Achieve results from USDA lab that each product meets at least 74% Bio Base content. If not, they will be dropped from the list of products that can sell into the State and Federal agencies." |
