We try to ship all of our orders within 48 hours. The shipping calculated on your order will likely be more expensive if you are not in the Continental US. If you order and you are not in the continental US, you should ignore the stated shipping costs on your invoice and expect a call from us to confirm your true shipping costs. Again, due to our cost for intercontinental shipping your shipping cost will likely be higher than the invoiced cost.

Our terms for payment are CC, C.O.D., and Net 30 days on approved credit. There are some exceptions to this as some of the products we sell we will not ship C.O.D. due to problems with logistics and costs. There are some items we offer free shipping on (including most saws). However, when saws are involved free shipping sometimes only applies to commercial addresses.  If this is the case, you will be contacted before we charge you for shipping. Please have a commercial address for us to ship to in order to prevent an extra shipping charge of $100.00.

Warrantees are expressed where applicable. Power tool warrantees should not be returned to us, but we should be contacted for information regarding the closest warranty center to have your tool fixed if necessary.

If you ever have a problem with any of the products you purchase from us, feel free to contact us immediately so that we can assist you with your problem. We understand that sometimes problems occur and we want to be there to resolve all issues so that we can ensure further business with you.

Returns needs to be preauthorized with our customer service department prior to return. Refunds will be allowed on merchandise that is new and unused and received by us within 30 days of the original invoice date. All refunds need to be requested in writing (fax is acceptable). 

Returns received after the 30 day period will be subject to merchandise credit only. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returned checks are subject to an additional $25 charge.
