Revolution XT Tile Ring Saw Double Sided Blade

Now you can cut curves or straights with a saw that runs whisper quiet, doesn't throw water, uses the same blade for all materials, weighs only 56lbs and can diagonal cut 24" tile with little or no chipping. Introducing the Revolution XT ringsaw package complete with the saw, sliding tray, rails, stand, all the jigs and the Double-sided blade for cutting forwards and backwards!

With similar construction to your standard high quality 10" tile blade, the Revolution XT ringsaw blades are very similar to the solid 10" diameter blades you will find on most high quality wet saws. The difference is that these blades have no center, giving you the ability to not only cut straight lines but also make tight radius cuts - as tight as a 1/4" radius, cutting both forwards and backwards. Fantastic for art, finish, or mosaic work
Because the blades run at a much slower R.P.M. than any tile saw but with far more torque, they give the user a much higher quality cut with far less chipping and superior blade life. Since these blades are driven from the outside they have several advantages over conventional tile blades:

A) The ability to make STRAIGHT or CURVE cuts.

B) Easily cut a slice off the edge of your material. The blade remains stable and rigid without wandering.

C) The ability to have diamond coating on the front and back, (with double sided blade included at no additional cost) making FORWARD as well as BACKWARD cutting possible.

D) Use the same blade for all materials. There is no need to change blades.

E) Material will never glaze over, so there is no need to ever dress the blade.

This saw runs whisper quiet and since the blade goes through a water bath it does not make a mess like traditional tile saws do. With the sliding conveyor cart in place this saw will rip a 36" tile and diagonally cut a 24" square tile from corner to corner. Without the sliding cart the only limitation is how big a piece you can hold while passing it through the cutting area.
This saw is designed for tiles and slabs and with the guard in place it will cut any piece up to 2" in thickness, but the guard may be removed and then you can cut up to 4 1/2" thick materials. That means this saw can also be used for bricks, pavers, etc..

CARRIAGE

This high quality tool makes precision cutting possible. WIth a Velcro faced top, the carriage accessories can be placed exactly where they are needed. All shapes are possible, allowing the user to make perfectly straight cuts, and even slice off as little as 1/8" without blade wander. The carriage kit comes complete with:

Two 45 degree Angles
Two 30 degree-60 degree Angles
Two 5 foot Rails (24" diagonal capacity)

45 DEGREE TWO WAY EDGER

Stainless steel construction. Gives the user the ability to cut 45 degree edges, sharp or beginning bullnose bevels.

STAND

Specially made for the Revolution XT to provide proper work height and easy set up.
