This is a complete 7 piece setof V40 CNC tools that you can use from start to finish  - no breaker needed!

Postion 0 is a segmented metal bond tool used for the heavy material removal and rough shaping.

Positions 1, 2 & 3 are metal bond tools to fully define the shape and make the slab “polish ready”.

Positions 4, 5 & 6 are a new resinoid material designed to give you the perfect polish on all your stones.

These tools come with the standard 35mm bore common to CNC machines. They are made in Italy by H.S. Veglio and are designed to give perfect finishes and the longest life you have ever seen on CNC tooling.

According to the manufacturer of these tools the life expectancy of the  metal bond tools ranges from 1,500 to 4,000 linear meters (4920 – 13,000 feet). It depends very much upon the way they are used. Generally speaking customers get 1,500 - 2,500 linear meters (4920 – 8,200 feet), which is still a mile to a mile and a half of life! Only customers who really know how to use their machine to the best of it’s ability will get 4,000 linear meters, and this is less common than you would think.

When polishing the life of the resinoid bond tools is 200 - 500 linear meters (700 – 1700 feet) again dependent on the operator of the machine. In comparision the rubber polishing tools give 100 - 150 linear meters, but break very easily.

These resinoid polishing tools will rid you of the problem of rubber blowing up every time you apply a little bit of pressure.
