We've seen results of 50,000 square feet with the metal bond and 10,000 square feet with the resin bond discs. These tools leave less swirl patterns to make easy transitions from grit to grit.

The metal bond discs are available in 16 grit, 30 grit, 70 grit, 120 grit, 220 grit and 400 grit and while they don't last forever they have an extreeeeemly long life and an aggressive removal rate. The resin bond discs are available in 30 grit, 50 grit, 100 grit, 200 grit, 400 grit, 800 grit, 1,500 grit and 3,000 grit and will also give you extra long life for a resin pad and the best finishes you have ever seen. There is also the unique patented magentic backer which is used as the tool holder for these discs and an adapter to use with the resin bonded discs.

Since the holder is magnetic with a drop in system you will never again have the problem of losing a disc. The resin discs have a hook and loop backing which adheres to the adapter, and then you insert the resin disc with the attached adapter into the magnetic holder. You must use this adapter to keep these on the magnetic holder.
